“Unity Tested In Adversity” (How to help the victims of Typhoon Sendong)

Friday, January 20, 2012
Wayback in the days gone by, the 15th day of December marked the arrival of the Typhoon Sendong  to the Philippine Area of Responsibility. In just a glimpse, it took out thousands of lives and caused a vast destruction in the Island of Cagayan de Oro, Iligan City and other neighboring towns.

But as this tragedy existed, the heartfelt trait of the Filipino and other people from foreign country also unfolded. It cannot be denied that genuine donations from numerous organizations, companies, institutions and individuals flooded for the victims of the calamity. Despite the dark shadow that enveloped the nation during that period brought by the disastrous-conflict faced by many Filipinos, somehow, it is good to note that there are still charitable and generous people willing to assist and help the unfortunate and financially-challenegd individuals through their own unique simple ways.

Listed below are some of the charitable institutions, companies and organizations together with it’s link and website in the internet for further information that can be used as a channel for helping the victims of the typhoon.
